• I cannot find a 10 digit photocode on my proof card.    
Not all Schools have Online facilities. You can either place your order via the School (make sure you get it back before the School's deadline) or you can call us on 01206 273711 and we can take your order over the telephone

Our system is extremely secure. We use an international on-line payment company and also PayPal to process our payments. Check the email to see if you requested a delivery to School (not always available) or if you requested a postal delivery.If you selected delivery to School then please check with the School before contacting us. Your order will be labelled with your details and the child’s name and class/teacher that you entered. If you selected postal please check with your local post office.
